I bought two backpack’s they both were absolutely adorable! They are made with great quality products and received what I ordered. The only thing for me was the color options for the backpacks wish they offered a bit darker colors because they are for kids other than that beautiful work.
Order the backpack for my Daughters birthday. After ordering i realised I'd ordered the wrong colour. Emailed customer services explaining what I'd done and what I wanted. Had confirmation it had been changed. The bag is superb. Excellent quality. Highly recommend
