I was really skeptical after ordering the bag as I ordered then read reviews afterwards, I wouldn’t have ordered if I had read them first. I honestly thought it wasn’t going to come. But it did, and it looks amazing!! The quality is good, the space inside the bag is good, the name looks so nice!! And my 5 yr old absolutely loves it!! So please don’t go on the reviews you see on trip advisor they are legit or might have a copy cat company, the bag is lush!

Took a little while to get here but it was also the start of school when I ordered a custom bag. The quality is amazing, the straps are soft and comfortable to hold, the stitching is strong & I will definitely be ordering more as baby shower gifts in the future!

I placed my order for a Pink backpack and I received a blue one instead. When I was ordering I make sure to select the pink color since this is a backpack for a girl. The delivery time took much longer than expected. The quality is acceptable but unfortunately I am completely unsatisfied with the color sent.

There were alot of mixed reviews but I took a chance and glad I did! Bag is real good quality and my daughter loves it. The shipping took longer than I'd thought but honestly worth the wait (around 3 weeks from order) came packaged really well and had regular updates. Would recommend

False advertising, not hand knit
The product is falsely advertised as hand knit and it is just glued on.
It is the most amazing gift my son’s can give to their sister for her baby shower. I love how soft the bag is and I love how the name is gently placed over it. The teddy bear, giraffe and teddy face sure add a lot of beauty to it. Thank you for making this such a special gift.
