I absolutely love the bag. I originally ordered it to be a nursery bag but once it arrived and I saw how beautiful and well made it was I thought it can’t just be used to be sat inside nursery all day. So I have used my pram bag for the nursery bag & I have kept this bag for everyday use for when we go out. DEILVERY was a long wait which I didn’t know about before ordering. However the wait is totally worth it. I would definitely order again if one of my friends have a child.

HORRIBLE! My backpack that I ordered from my son came damaged. I chose a few different accessories to add onto the backpack and when the backpack arrived 2 out of the 4 weren’t attached and barely hanging on by a piece of glue. I reached out with my concerns and nothing was offered. On top of that, the communication was horrible and took days to get responses. Finally, a week and a half later I was told the backpack is not damaged although I provided pictures and I was told that I have to go out, but a glue gun, glue sticks, and fix the back pack myself. Horrible customer service if you ask me.
