I placed my order for a Pink backpack and I received a blue one instead. When I was ordering I make sure to select the pink color since this is a backpack for a girl. The delivery time took much longer than expected. The quality is acceptable but unfortunately I am completely unsatisfied with the color sent.
I LOVE this back pack I ordered for my son!! The color and quality is perfect! I’ve looked at several custom backpacks and this is the first one that fit both his first and middle name. He is going to love taking it to pre-school this year! Highly recommend!!!

Loved these backpacks with the bottles and lunch box, i ordered 3 in different colours. One of the bottles came damaged. Was slightly cracked and then once we opened the bottle, a little piece of plastic chipped off. I messaged the sellor and they sent me a replacement. Good service through out.
